By using Findit.lk you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. What Findit.lk isFindit.lk යනු කුමක් ද
Findit.lk is a directory that connects customers with independent home-service professionals ("pros") in Sri Lanka. Findit.lk is not the employer of the pros and does not perform, supervise or guarantee any work. All arrangements — pricing, scheduling, payment, warranty — are between the customer and the pro.
3. Customer conductපාරිභෝගික හැසිරීම
Provide accurate information when requesting a quote. Do not use the service to harass pros or submit fake reviews.
4. Pro conductවෘත්තීය හැසිරීම
- Provide accurate profile, service area, and pricing information.
- Hold any licences required by Sri Lankan law for your trade.
- Do the work you agree to, on the terms you agree to, and treat customers professionally.
- Do not impersonate another person or business. Only submit your own NIC for verification.
5. Feesගාස්තු
Browsing and contacting pros are free. Registration costs a one-time Rs. 1,000. Pro costs Rs. 990 for 30 days, or Rs. 9,504 for 365 days (20% off). One-time payment remains available.
Auto-renew is optional and requires your explicit consent. OnePay saves your card securely; Findit.lk stores only a card token. The first charge is scheduled after card confirmation, or at the end of your existing paid Pro period. Subsequent charges are scheduled every 30 or 365 days at the amount you agreed to, and processed within the next hourly billing run.
Cancel anytime on your private subscription page. Cancellation stops future billing and keeps your paid Pro period active; a payment already submitted may still complete. Failed or uncertain payments pause auto-renew, display a notice on the subscription page and are not automatically retried. Contact Findit before paying again if a charge is unconfirmed. 6. Reviewsසමාලෝචන
Reviews come from customers who have contacted a pro through Findit.lk. We may remove reviews that appear fake, abusive, or unrelated to a real job.
7. Suspensionඅත්හිටුවීම
We may suspend or remove any account that violates these terms, misrepresents identity, or receives repeated verified complaints.
8. Liabilityවගකීම
Findit.lk provides the directory "as is" and is not liable for the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any work performed by pros. Customers are responsible for verifying qualifications before hiring.
9. Governing lawපාලක නීතිය
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
10. Changesවෙනස්කම්
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date will change. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
